You start the game with a full pot o' luck and an
empty pot o' experience... The object is to fill the pot of experience before
you empty the pot of luck.

I can't find anything in there to prohibit blue lights on a
motorcycle so long as the bike meets the mandatory requirements for the other
lights such as brakes lights, turn signals etc.
